5K RUN. Ready, Set, ROXY

Run Official Start Time: 10am (subject to change by 15 minutes)

Connected to the ocean no matter where we run. The second leg of the event will be the 5k fun run and will take place along the the Martin Goodwin Trail Participants will run along the Martin Goodman Trail towards their first loop at Summerville Olympic Pool, head back towards Ashbridges Bay Park, down and around the bay, then their final stretch will be on the sand towards the Roxy Arch!

    1K SUP – FROM SAND TO SEA. Take to the water and Enjoy.

    SUP Official Start Time: 8:30 am

    1st leg of the event is the SUP* at Woodbine Beach. Boards will be set up with our team to assist if you have registered to borrow a Roxy board for the day of event. 

    Please be prepared to bring your own rash guard or wetsuit to make your SUP experience as comfortable as possible. *Stand Up Paddle

    RELAX WITH BEACH YOGA

    Yoga official time: 11am (subject to change by 15 minutes) 

    3rd & final leg will end with a 45 –60 minute cool down yoga session on the beach led by a certified yoga instructor.
